SWOT模型在三亚旅游可持续发展中的应用

作为一项经济产业,旅游业已成为许多地方发展对外贸易、振兴地方经济的有效途径,但在旅游资源开发过程中难免存在一些问题诸如开发的整体性、效益的兼顾性、基础设施、开发资金和从业人员素质等。通过三亚市旅游发展的SWOT分析发现,三亚市旅游业内部优势明显:三亚市拥有佛教文化旅游资源、独特的山水风景、绚丽的少数民族风情,赋予三亚旅游资源独特性、不可替代性和垄断性。为了促进三亚市旅游业的可持续发展,本文使用SWOT模型,对三亚市旅游开发的优势、劣势、机遇与挑战进行了全面分析,并提出建议。

As an economic industry,tourism has become an effective way to the development of foreign trade and revitalizing the local economy in many parts.However,there are some inevitable problems in the process of developing tourism resources,such as the whole development,the balance of benefits,infrastructure,development funds and the quality of employees.Through the SWOT analysis on Sanya City Tourism Development,we found that the obvious internal advantages of tourism,Sanya has a Buddhist cultural tourism resources and unique landscapes,magnificent style of ethnic minorities,given the uniqueness and monopoly irreplaceability of Sanya tourism resources.In order to promote the sustainable development of tourism,in this paper,we use SWOT model to Sanya City on the tourism development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats to carry out a comprehensive analysis,and give some advice.
