试论低碳经济模式下中国跨国经营企业的发展新思路

低碳经济作为继两次工业革命、信息革命、生物技术革命之后,即将第五次改变世界经济的革命浪潮,是中国的企业尤其是跨国经营企业在发展道路上面临的一次崭新的机遇,有可能成为重新塑造其全球地位的重要力量,同时低碳模式也给企业带来了前所未有的挑战。文章在分析低碳经济给中国跨国经营企业带来的机遇和挑战的基础上,提出了低碳经济发展模式下中国跨国经营企业的发展新思路。

Following the two industrial revolution,information revolution,bio-technology revolution.Low-carbon economy as the fifth revolution will change the world economy and will be a new development opportunities of Chinese enterprises,especially multinational enterprises.It is possible to re-shape our multinational enterprises＇ global position as a major force.At the same time,low-carbon economy has brought unprecedented challenges to the enterprise.This article analyzes Chinese multinational enterprises＇ opportunities and challenges bring by low-carbon economy.And then put forward the new ideas of development of Chinese multinational enterprises.
