金融危机下中小企业发展的政策环境分析

中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在繁荣经济、增加就业、推动创新、改善民生等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。2008年受全球金融危机的波及,我国中小企业生存发展面临严峻考验。为促进中小企业的发展,政府出台了一系列积极的政策,但现有政策环境依然存在着不少问题。各级政府需要进一步改善政策环境,扶助中小企业安然度过金融危机的考验,并使之最终实现更好更快的飞跃发展。

The small and medium-sized enterprises are the important component of national economy.Affected by the global financial crisis in 2008,survival and development of SMEs in China face the severe test.To promote the development of SMEs,the government has released a series of positive policies.However,there are still many problems in the existing policy environment.All levels of the government need to further im prove the policy environment,to assist the SMEs to pass financial crisis＇s test safely,to finally realize the better quicker leap development of SMEs.
