基于开放式全面创新的跨案例比较研究

基于开放式创新和全面创新管理理论,提出企业开放式全面创新的内涵,并通过格力、海正的跨案例研究,总结出开放式全面创新的系统模型及类型,指出开放式全面创新是我国企业增强核心能力、获取持续竞争优势的现实选择。

On the basis of the concepts of open innovation and total innovation management,this paper first explains what the open total innovation in enterprises means.Then it summarizes the systematic model and the type of the open total innovation through the cross-case study on GREE and HISUN.Finally,it concludes that it is necessary for the enterprises to concentrate on the open total innovation in order to improve their core capacity and remain competitive in the long term.
