摘要
为了研究不同聚合度甘露聚糖对甘露聚糖酶生物合成的影响,进行了不同碳源对甘露聚糖酶生物合成的影响、魔芋甘露聚糖对菌株生长和产酶的影响、不同聚合度的甘露聚糖对甘露聚糖酶的诱导和以低聚合度的甘露聚糖为诱导物生产甘露聚糖酶的研究。结果显示:一株产甘露聚糖酶的菌种产酶存在着代谢终产物阻遏效应,合适的产酶魔芋粉浓度为12 g/L,聚合度较小的甘露聚糖诱导的产酶量较大,在发酵培养基中添加低聚合度的魔芋水解物对甘露聚糖酶的生物合成有较大的促进作用,发酵34 h酶活可达1 831 U/mL。
In order to find out the influence of mannan with different degree of polymerization on the mannanase biosynthesis,some studies are carried out,including the influence of different carbon resources on the mannanase biosynthesis,the influence of konjac mannan on strain growth and yeast production,the induction of mannan with different degree of polymerization on mannanase,the production of mannanase with the low degree of polymerization as inducer. The studies point out the results as follows : the repressive reaction of metabolism exists in the yeast - producing strain of mannanase,the suitable content of yeast - producing konjac powder is 12 g/L, the mannan with low degree of polymerization can produce more yeast, the hydrolized konjac with low degree of polymerization added in the fermentation culture makes a greater difference on the mannanase biosynthesis,and the yeast activity can be up to 1 831 U/mL after 34 h's fermentation.
