摘要以核苷类药物治疗慢性乙型肝炎病毒（hepatitis B virus，HBV）感染是当前临床研究热点之一，替诺福韦作为广谱抗病毒药物，继研究其抗艾滋病作用之后，发现该药在对于艾滋病毒合并HBV中能够起到明显的抗HBV作用，同时发现其对于其他核苷类药物诱生的HBV变异株同样有很强的抗病毒活性。本文就替诺福韦的基础药理及目前临床研究结果做一综述。
