高校图书馆是高校教育的一个重要组成部分。从优化配置文献资源、提高馆员队伍素质、改善图书馆文化环境和建立健全规章制度等方面论述了高校图书馆教育功能的实现。

College Library is an important component of higher education. This paper discusses the realization of educational function of college library from four aspects of optimizing the distribution of literature resources,improving the quality of librarians, improving library’s cultural environment and establishing and perfecting rules and regularities.
