摘要
分析了图书馆员忠诚度对图书馆服务价值链的影响,指出馆员所处的工作环境决定了馆员的忠诚度,并从改善工作条件、重视人力资源、提供成长平台、塑造文化氛围4个方面提出了改善馆员工作环境的策略。
This paper analyzes the influences of librarians’royalty on service value chain of library, points out that the work environment of librarians determines the royalty of librarians, and puts forward some strategies for improving the work environment of librarians from four aspects of improving the work condition, paying attention to the human resource, providing the growing platform and molding the cultural atmosphere.
