图书馆隐性知识管理在图书馆管理工作中具有非常重要的作用。从隐性知识的价值、隐性知识的特点、垄断心理、技术因素、管理机制等5个方面分析了图书馆隐性知识管理中可能存在的障碍。

The management of library’s tacit knowledge plays an important role in library management.This paper analyzes the obstacles possibly existing in the management of library’s tacit knowledge from five aspects,such as the value of tacit knowledge,the characteristics of tacit knowledge,monopolistic psychology,technological factor,and management mechanism.
