Considerations about the Irrationality of the Project of Youlushan Reservoir

对拟建的油娄山水库工程的不合理性进行了分析,包括滹沱河灌区的用水权难以保障、水资源开发配置不合理、滹沱河污染将进一步加剧、忻定盆地的地下水漏斗将迅速扩大等,在此基础上得出了该工程不宜立项的结论。

This paper makes the analysis on the irrationality of the proposed project of Youlushan Reservoir,including that the water right of Hutuohe Irrigation Area is hard to guarantee,the development and distribution of water resources are irrational,the pollution of Futuohe River will be further aggravated,and the depression cone of ground water in XinDing Basin will be rapidly enlarged,etc.,and based on this,draws the conclusion that it is inappropriate to set up this project.
