摘要
目的:建立尪痹颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:用薄层色谱法对白芍、知母进行定性鉴别;高效液相色谱法对淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。结果:薄层色谱中均能明显地检出白芍、知母,淫羊藿苷在0.027 0~0.675 5μg·ml^(-1)范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.0%,RSD=0.5%(n=9)。结论:本法简便准确,专属性强,可以作为该制剂的质量控制方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the quality control of wangbi granules. Method: Radix paeoriae alba and Anemarrhenae Rhizoma could be identified by TLC ; The HPLC for determination Icariin was conducted on an Agilent Cls (250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column with methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (55: 44:1 ) as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml. min - 1, detection wave- length was set at 270 nm. Result: The calibration curve of icariin was linear within the range of 0. 027 0-0. 675 5 μg.ml-1 (r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 100. 0% with RSD of 0. 5% (n =9). Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate,and suitable for the determination of paeoniflorin, sarsasapogenin and icariin in wangbi granules.
