摘要
目的:建立兔耳痤疮模型,观察消痤乳液对实验性痤疮的治疗作用。方法:将50%煤焦油溶液外涂于兔耳内侧导管开口处约2cm×2cm,连续14d,制备痤疮模型;痤疮模型制备成功后将家兔分为6组,分别在兔耳患处涂高、中、低剂量的消痤乳液,生理盐水,基质,克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂治疗,逐日观察痤疮模型的变化,于用药后7d取患处皮肤活检并观察病理切片。结果:外涂煤焦油溶液14d后,肉眼可见兔耳出现不同程度的粉刺,病理切片显示模型组呈现与人类痤疮类似的病理改变;外用高、中剂量消痤乳液组治疗7d,兔耳痤疮完全消退,皮肤接近正常对照组,克林霉素甲硝唑搽剂组兔耳痤疮大部分消退,皮肤仍有少量角化及粉刺颗粒,生理盐水及基质组痤疮无显著性变化。结论:消痤乳液对实验性兔耳痤疮模型有显著的治疗效果。
Objective: To explore the effect of xiaocuo emulsion on rabbit ear acne vulgaris model. Method: Fifty percent pix car- bonis was applied to the inside surface of both ears of rabbits for 14 d to prepare acne vulgaris model;Then,36 acne vulgaris model rab- bits were subdivided into 6 groups in which the xiaocuo emulsion of high, middle, and low dose ,0. 9% normal saline, matrix, and clindamycin hydrochloride and melronidazole liniment were imbrued on the inside surface of the model' s ears respectively. After 7 d, the change of visual and pathological slices were obsered. Result: After given pix carbonis for 14 d, different levels of the model group ac- nes could be seen on rabbit ears, which were similar to that of human acne pathology. After treatment for 7 d, acnes on rabbit in group of xiaocuo emulsion of high and middle dose were extincted completely, and skin structure approached that of normal control group. In group of clindamycin hydrochloride and melronidazole, aches on rabbit regressed largely. While in group of 0. 9% normal saline and matrix had no significant difference compared with the model group. Conclusion: Xiaocuo emulsion has a significant therapeutic effect on the experimental aches.
