与脊柱关节炎相关的临床特征及其意义 被引量：1

摘要 近年来的研究使得关于脊柱关节炎（spondyloarthritis，SpA）的观念正在改变，包括早期SpA的含义及其诊断，炎性背痛的新内涵、HLA．B27（＋）的临床意义、骶髂关节炎症表现的意义及检测手段等方面。本文重点介绍与SpA早期诊断相关的各项临床特征及其临床意义，以便于临床医生及时准确抓住SpA的诊断线索。
