摘要下腰痛（ low back pain, LBP）是一组以下腰、骶部、臀部疼痛为主要症状的综合征，是脊柱疾患中最常见的症状，致病原因很多，其中椎间盘源性下腰痛约占40％。下腰痛传统治疗手段包括保守治疗及手术治疗：保守治疗对椎间盘源性腰痛疗效较差；手术治疗虽然疗效确切，但创伤大、术后并发症多、手术费用昂贵。近年来，介入技术逐渐应用到下腰痛的治疗中，
