脑室出血患者应用亚冬眠致谵妄病例报道

摘要 1病历摘要患者，男，70岁。因“突发神志不清1小时”于2009年6月1日收入本院。既往体健，否认有高血压、冠心病、糖尿病史，无酗酒、精神异常史及精神疾病家族史。门诊头颅CT显示脑室系统（双侧脑室、第三脑室和第四脑室）积血、扩大。入院时体检：BP150／90mmHg，神志呈浅昏迷，心肺听诊阴性，瞳孔等大等圆，直径3．0mm，光反射敏感，口角不歪，项强4横指，四肢肌力、肌张力因昏迷不能配合检查，但肢体对疼痛刺激的防御反射基本对称，
