摘要
通过对大机组火力发电厂施工图设计程序、设备供货周期、施工顺序及周期的分析,研究其对辅机招标顺序的影响,从而寻找合理的辅机分批模式。利用网络计划技术,配合设备生产、电厂设计和施工节奏确定合理的辅机招标节奏,以期为大机组火电项目建设管理方或总承包方提供项目管理上的参考。
An analysis is made in this paper on the design procedure of construction drawings,equipment supply period,construction sequences and period for thermal power plant with large generator units,and their influences on bidding sequence of auxiliary machines,so as to find the proper batching modes of auxiliary machines.The network planning technology is used,with consideration of equipment manufacture,cpower plant design and construction,to determine the proper bidding order for auxiliary machines,which is expected to provide a reference for project management for contractors and project owners of large generator units.
