摘要
P92钢管在焊接修复过程中,目前国内均采用其匹配焊材进行焊接。在电厂临时性修复时没有匹配焊材的情况下,选用镍基焊材进行了P92钢管焊口修复试验,主要采用P92钢管现场施工用的焊接工艺进行焊接,热处理完成后选用镍基焊材进行修复。试验结果表明,用镍基焊材进行修复试验是可行的,但对于高温时效性能及持久强度性能,还需要进一步进行研究。
Up to now, the welding joints of P92 steel pipes have been all repaired in China by the matching welding materials. A test study was carded out on repairing the welding joints of P92 steel pipes by nickel welding materials, in case of the matching welding materials are not available on the site. The welding was done by using the welding technique dedicated for P92 steel pipes on the site and the repairing was performed after heat treatment by use of nickel welding materials. The results indicate that it is feasible to use nickel welding materials for repairing, but further study is needed on its high temperature time-dependent performance and the long-term strength performance.
