基于主机的全民医疗保障系统的设计

Design and implementation of all health care system based mainframe

为了让全民都享受到社会保障所带来的实惠,我们需要有一个能容纳下全社会都能参与社会保障的超大规模数据量的平台。而这个平台非IBMz900大型主机服务器系统、DB2大型关系数据库和CICS交易中间件莫属。作为整个系统处理数据的最底层,我们通过位于z900大型主机中的DB2大型关系数据库,存储所涉及到的绝大多数数据;我们也通过z900大型主机中存储程序对涉及多个表的数据量较大的程序进行数据处理;当然,如果是数据量小的,但凡发生的小交易,如参保用户医疗门诊或买药刷卡交易,我们使用z900大型主机中CICS交易中间件是再好不过的事了。

In order to make all get the benefits of health care system,we need one plateform which can hold very large scale data for all participation.And this plateform is non-none other than IBM Z900 mainframe server system 、DB2 Large-scale relational database and CICS transaction middleware.As the lowest bottom of all system dealing data,we store all concerned data through DB2 large-scale relational database which is at the Z900 mainframe.We also deal with data for program which concern many table data through the storage procedures of Z900 mainframe;of course,if the data is little,for example the small transaction-participation user medical clinic or medication card transactions,we use the CICS transaction middleware in the Z900 mainframe.
