摘要
本文基于磁悬浮控制系统的工作原理、结构和特性,建立了磁悬浮球系统的非线性数学模型,并采用平衡点附近线性化方法得到系统的线性模型。根据磁悬浮球系统频率响应和Nyquist准则设计了一个能使系统具有一定相位裕度和增益裕度的滞后超前控制器,并采用Visual C++6.0实现了对磁悬浮球的实时控制,取得了良好的效果。
A nonlinear mathematical model is set up based on the working principium, physical structure and peculiarity of the Magnetic Levitation Control System, and then this paper obtained system's transfer function through to carring on the linearization of the nonlinear mathematical model nearby the balance point. Under the Magnetic Levitation Control System's frequent response and the Nyquist criterion, A Lag-lead Corrector is been designed to make the system have some phase margin and gain margin. At last, this article introuduces Visual C++6.0 to The Magnetic Levitation Control System on the real time control and gets good control performalice.
