摘要
针对船用除湿机数量多,干扰强、通信距离远等特点,设计了一套基于TCP/IP协议的监控系统。通过PLC与现场总线,完成对除湿机温度、湿度等参数的实时采集和传送;利用快速以太网技术建立了WinCC与PLC之间的TCP/IP通信网络,实现对每台除湿机温湿度的显示与设定,以及故障报警等功能。经过现场实际应用表明,该系统人机交互友好、操作方便,运行稳定、抗干扰能力强。
A supervisory system based on the TCP/IP protocol is designed for that the dehumidifiers used in the ship are too many, the disturbance is very strong and the communication distance is distant. Through the S7-300 PLC and the field bus the parameter such as the temperature and the humidity of the dehumidifier can be collected and transmitted in near real-time. The communication network based on the TCP/IP is buih between the PLC and the PC with the fast Ethernet technology. And many functions such as the display, preset and alarm of the temperature or the humidity to every dehumidifier are realized in WinCC. Recent application on spots shows： the HMI of the system is friendly,the system operates conveniently, works reliably and has a powerful antijamming capability.
