摘要 目的:基于全面掌握我国风能资源的分布状况和变化规律这一思想,介绍了在GIS技术支持下构建全国风能资源观测评估系统的总体结构与功能特征,重点讨论了系统实现过程中的开发思路、逻辑及应用架构、分析流程等关键问题。方法:基于ArcGIS和Oracle9i来建立全国风能资源空间分布数据库,并利用.Net对ArcEngine进行二次开发,对全国400个测风塔观测数据进行采集、解析、存储和分析表现等工作,并在此基础上完成全国风能资源观测评估系统。结论:实践结果表明,系统的建设对于全国风能资源观测、评估和今后的风能资源利用具有重要意义。 Objective: Based on a comprehensive grasp of China's wind energy resources and changes in the rule of distribution of this idea to introduce the GIS technology in support of wind energy resources to build the national system of observation to assess the overall structure and function of the Characteristics of the system focused on the development of the process of thinking, logic and application architecture, analysis of the key issues of process. Method: Based on AreGIS and Oracle9i to create a national database of the spatial distribution of wind energy resources and use .Net development of a second ArcEngine, 400 nationwide observation:tower wind data collection, analysis, storage and analysis of performance, and on this basis wind energy resources to complete the national assessment system observation. Conclusion: The results of the practice show that the system construction of wind energy resources was of great significance for the national observation, assessment and future use of wind energy resources.
