摘要 采用Pro/E软件建立三维旋转液压缸模型,并运用Pro/E和ADAMS的专用接口(MECH/PRO)将其导入到ADAMS中,并对该模型的虚拟样机进行运动学仿真研究。通过采用双级螺旋传动,解决了传统齿条式或叶片式液压缸存在结构大、精度低等问题。结合典型实例,对旋转液压缸的运动情况进行了仿真。仿真结果表明该液压缸在旋转过程中运动平稳、回转精度高且易于控制,实现360度旋转。这为物理样机的设计和制造提供理论支持和技术借鉴。 Using Pro/E, an entity model of rotary hydraulic cylinder with 360 degrees was built up, And then importing it into ADAMS by using the special interface software(MECH/PRO) between Pro/E and ADAMS, based on the the virtual prototype, the motion simulation of a rotary hydraulic cylinder with 360 degrees was developed. The problem that traditional hydraulic cylinder with gear-type rack and vane-type existing large structure and low precision was settled by using double spiral transmission. The rotary hydraulic cylinder motion was simulated by some typical numerical examples. The simulation results indicate that the rotary hydraulic cylinder keeps a stable stance and high precision and easy to control when it rotating, and it's rotary angel reach to 360 degrees. This work provided the theoretical support and technical reference for the development of the physical prototype in the future, for the application of Internet smart cards, were advanced.
