为了适应电力系统继电保护的快速发展,提高保护的测试效率,开发了一个基于Windows的继电保护快速仿真与测试平台。该平台具有一次系统仿真、继电保护原理开发与动作性能测试以及强大的数据分析处理功能,利用多种软件开发设计技术,使得系统具有较好的开放性、可扩展性和可移植性。最后通过仿真实例简要说明应用平台进行仿真测试的过程。

To adapt to the fast development of relay protection and promote the test efficiency, a windows-based fast simulation and test platform is developed. The platform has the function of power system simulation,relay protection principle development, action test and powerful data analysis. With some software design technology, the platform has the characteristic of openness, expansibility and portability. The steps to make use of the platform are explained by example finally.
