摘要
为了对避雷器实行状态维修,提出了一种避雷器状态在线监测方法。采用基于Cortex-M3内核的ARM处理器LM3S1138作为主控芯片,通过其内部的Flash存储器对记录的避雷器动作信息数据进行断电保护。设计了三路信号收发电路、人机界面及打印机接口电路,信号经差分处理后采用屏蔽双绞线传输。测试结果表明:实现了对多路避雷器状态的实时监测,便于电气设备的综合自动化管理。
To carry out condition-based maintenance on arresters, an online monitoring method for the status of arresters is proposed. ARM processor LM3Sl138 based on Cortex-M3 core, was used as a major controlling chip. It did power-off protection for the recorded action information of arresters by using its internal Flash memory. Three signal transceiver circuits, man-machine interface and printer interface circuit were designed. Signal was transmitted by shielded twisted pair after differential processing. Test results show that real-time monitoring of states on multiplexing arresters were realized, which facilitates the integrated automation management of electrical equipments.
