以TMS320F2812芯片为核心设计三轴步进电机运动控制器,系统利用DSP片内通用定时器作为插补器产生脉冲输出信号和方向控制电平,由电机驱动器驱动步进电机,可实现单轴位置、速度控制及三轴联动。文章介绍了应用通用定时器产生脉冲信号的原理,提出了运动控制器的硬件及软件设计实现方法,详细讨论了插补器参数的计算方法。
A triaxial step motor motion controller based on TMS320F2812 as control unit was described. The system makes use of the general timers on the chip to generate pulse signal and direction level as interpolator. It could realize monoaxial location and speed control and triaxial simultaneous linear interpolation. The article introduces the principle of generation of pulse signal through general timers and puts forward the realization of hardware and software of motion controller and details the computing method for interpolator＇s parameter.
