基于CAN总线的轮胎智能实时监控系统

摘要 汽车行驶中轮胎的气压和温度是影响行驶安全关键因素之一,本文阐述了一种基于集成传感器MPXY8020A和射频收发模块为核心器件的直接式轮胎测压系统。基于当前流行的TPMS方案,提出一种基于CAN总线的同时具有测温、测压和智能过压保护功能的实时监控新方案,可避免爆胎的威胁,提高了轮胎使用安全性,可为TPMS的设计提供参考。 Based on the fact that tire pressure and temperature will affect the safty of driving,this paper will introduce a direct tire pressure monitoring system which is based on MPXY8020A series tire sensor and wireless radio frequency transmitter/receiver.According to the populor TPMS program, a new Real-time monitoring program based on CAN-Bus which can measure temperrature and pressure,and have the over-pressure protection at the same time. Increased the safety of tires' using,and avoid the threaten of puncture, provide a reference for the design of TPMS.
