新疆青河县某超贫含铁矿砂选铁试验研究

摘要 新疆青河县戈壁滩铁矿资源分布面积广,埋藏浅,开采简单,对该铁矿石进行了选矿实验室探索性试验研究,了解了该矿石的可选性及磁性矿物的回收方法和最佳工艺流程。试验表明,含铁4.55%,含磁性铁1.56%的超贫铁矿砂,经过干选富集,干选粗精矿磨矿弱磁选后,可得到产率1.54%,全铁品位67.02%,全铁回收率为22.68%的优质铁精矿。 Iron ore resource contained in gobi in Qinghe county in Xinjiang distribution area is wide,burial depth is shallow,coming up to surface basically,particle size is thin,exploitation is simple,washability of this ore,beneficiation methods and best technological process of useful magnetic mineral recovery in the ore are find out after the dressing exploratory experiment study is done on this iron ore,the experiment showing,content of iron of this ore is only 4.55%,the content of magnetic iron is only 1.56%,but fine quality iron concentrate which the yield rate is 1.54%,total iron grade 67.02% and total iron recovery rate is 22.68% could be obtained after dry separation concentration and dry separation rough concentrate grinding low intensity magnetic separation.
