青藏铁路信息共享平台技术方案研究

Research on the technology Schemes of information-sharing platform of Qinghai-Tibet Railway train movement safety

信息共享平台为青藏铁路提供各专业安全检查、监测信息及相关基础信息的接入;接入信息的整合加工处理,以及信息的规范化转换、信息关联/集成/融合、分类重组、分层汇总等;提供各专业间结合部共享的安全检查监测信息服务接口;各种安全信息的集中存储等。本文分析了在青藏铁路特殊环境下行车安全监控系统的信息共享平台应具备的功能,构建了该平台的体系构架,分析了信息资源的规划,给出了信息接入的处理过程以及技术实现要点。该平台的建设将为青藏铁路行车安全监控系统提供数据交换和共享请求,并保证信息交换和共享的安全性和可靠性。

The information-sharing platform provides professional safety checking, monitoring and related basic information access, and access to information integrating and processing, as well as the standardization of information conversion, information association/integration/ fusion, re-classification, stratified summary etc. It provides professional security checking and monitoring information service interface between the various professional and a variety of security information centralized storage. This paper analyzes the function of the information-sharing platform of safety monitoring system in the special environment of the Qinghai-Tibet railway, constructs the architecture, analyzes the information resources planning, gives the information access processing and the main points of technology to achieve. The information-sharing platform will provide data exchange and sharing of the request for the Qinghai-Tibet railway train movement safety monitoring system, and ensure the safety and reliability of information exchange and sharing.
