食品安全是当今世界上人们所关注的焦点问题之一,每年食源性疾病所造成的严重后果,使食品安全问题已成为全球公众健康优先考虑的问题。论文围绕流通领域的食品安全监管工作的内容、监管对象和机制方面,重点阐述了食品安全监控系统中源头追踪模块设置与管理模块的设计。
