摘要
分析了领导干部考评具有模糊性、非线性和不确定性三重特点。利用BP人工神经网络利用其高维的非线性映射能力,实现对领导干部表现和考评档次之间的映射功能。仿真实验结果表明,将BP神经网络应用于领导干部的考评工作中去,排除了领导干部考评工作的主观性,使领导干部的考评工作更加科学。
It analyzes three features from the aspects of obscurity, nonlinearity & non-determinacy of Assessment & evaluation of cadres. By means of its capacity of higher dimensional nonlinear mapping, it can achieve the mapping function between performance of cadres and their evaluation levels. It is indicated from the simulation experiment that BP Neural Network will be put in practice of the work of assessment & evaluation of cadres, which can exclude the subjectivity of the evaluation work and enable the evaluation work more scientific.
