浙江省水域滩涂养殖证制度建设有关问题浅析

Preliminary Analysis of Aquaculture Certification System Construction of Water Area and Intertidal Mudflat in Zhejiang Province

综述了我国水域滩涂养殖证制度产生及其发展过程,同时对国内外的水域滩涂养殖证制度的相关内容及法律规范进行了简介,在此基础上重点分析了浙江省内水域滩涂养殖证制度实施概况以及存在的主要问题,最后提出了相关的解决方案及措施。

This paper reviewed the generation and the development process of aquaculture certification system about water area and intertidal mudflat in China, and the summary of its content and regulation at home and abroad. Based on this, it analyzed the complement of aquaculture certification system about water area and intertidal mudflat in Zhejiang province, and discussed the main problems. Finally, some related measures on the basis of comprehensive analysis were put forward.
