超声评价妊娠高血压疾病孕妇的胎儿心脏结构和功能的改变 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用彩色多普勒超声对患妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)的孕妇胎儿心脏进行观察,探讨其评价HDCP胎儿心脏结构和功能变化的可行性。方法应用超声观察30例HDCP胎儿和65例正常胎儿心脏结构和功能。结果HDCP胎儿脐动脉S/D值高于正常组胎儿,心室壁较正常组胎儿增厚,TD I测量HDCP组胎儿二、三尖瓣环Em/Am值低于正常组,S值高于正常组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而常规测得的二、三尖瓣口血流E/A值两组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论HDCP胎儿心脏结构和功能在孕期已发生改变;TD I技术较频谱多普勒技术更能敏感反映胎儿心室收缩、舒张功能的微小变化。 Objective To evaluate the heart structure and function of fetuses in hypertension disorders during pregnancy by echocardiography.Methods This group included 30 fetuses of HDCP(hypertension disorders complicating pregnancy),and 65 fetuses of normal pregnancy.Evaluate the heart structure and function of above fetuses by echocardiography.Results Em/Am and S peak of mitral and tricuspid annulus of fetuses of HDCP were lower than that of normal group(P〈0.05).The traditional E/A had no evident difference between two groups(P〉0.05).Conclusion The heart structure and function of fetus of HDCP group was transformed.TDI might be a new method and be more sensitive than traditional pulsed Doppler technique to reflect the variation of fetal ventricular diastolic and systolic function.
