摘要
目的探讨孕妇血清与妊娠相关血浆蛋白A(PAPP-A)和游离β-人绒毛促性腺激素(β-hCG)在异位妊娠中的诊断价值。方法选取早期妊娠孕妇204例,其中正常妊娠组108例、异位妊娠组96例,用酶免测定试剂盒测定孕妇血清PAPP-A及游离β-hCG的浓度。结果正常妊娠组与异位妊娠组的PAPP-A,游离β-hCG间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论孕早期母血清筛查PAPP-A和游离β-hCG指标,对异位妊娠有一定预测价值。
Objective To explore the diagnostic values of pregnancy-associated plasma protein A（PAPP-A）and free β-HCG in ectopic pregnancy.Methods 204 women with early pregnancy were enrolled in this study,of which 108 cases with normal pregnancy,96 cases with ectopic pregnancy,The concentrations of pregnancy serum PAPP-A and freeβ-hCG were detected by ELISA.Results The median levels of PAPP-A and freeβ-hCG decreased in the normal pregnancy group,and ectopic pregnancy group,respectively,with statistical significance（P0.001）.Conclusion The determination of serum PAPP-A and free β-hCG levels have some predictive value for ectopic pregnancy.
