摘要
消声器作为摩托车的一部分,以DY90摩托车消声器为例,利用ANSYS软件建立了消声器的有限元模型,并进行了模态分析,得到了消声器的前十阶固有频率和振动特征,比较了不同壁厚条件下消声器固有频率和变形的变化特征。
Muffler as part of the motorcycle,taken DY90 motorcycle muffler for example,a finite element model of the muffler by using software ANSYS is established,obtained the first 10-order natural frequency and vibration characteristics of the muffler by modal analysis of the model. The natural frequencies and deformation characteristics of the muffler under the conditions of different thickness is compared.
