摘要
针对工业弧焊现场的复杂环境,以LPC2294微处理器为核心器件,通过内部IIC总线和外部CAN总线方式,设计了信号采集模块。具体介绍了该模块的抗干扰措施。经过多项指标和连续干扰测试,结果表明系统稳定实用,且成本低廉,具有广泛的应用前景。
Accroding to the industrial welding environment,the signal acquisition module was designed through internal IIC bus and external CAN bus,which used LPC2294 as the microprocessor. The measures of anti-interference on the module are presented. After a series of indicators and continuous interference testing,results show that the system is stable,reliable,and low cost,which has broad application prospects.
