摘要 提出了计算机实现七段数码管式医用仪表自动读数的一种新方法。根据仪表数字显示区域图像中的字符特点,利用投影的方法进行字符区域的定位和单个字符的分割。利用穿线法进行数字字符识别,有效降低了误识率。实验结果表明,该方法识别效果好,快速简单,满足实时性要求,是一种高效的新方法。 A new method of medical digital meters’computer automatic reading is proposd. The basic method is to locate the characters of number according to the vertical and level projection of the image of meters’display area. Then the characters’segmentation base on the vertical projection is individually figure out. At last,drafting a standard,the number of 0—9 basing is recognized on the feature of seven digital tubes. It reduces error recognition rate. Facts show that this approach is fast and simple,that it can meet real - time demand,and the recognition effect is nice,so it is an efficient new method.
