摘要
大体积混凝土浇筑块的温度应力场是个多因素物理场,同时与混凝土的弹性模量、水泥水化热、徐变、环境气温以及浇筑温度有关。以大型有限元软件ANSYS为平台,采用直接耦合法对浇筑块的温度应力场进行仿真计算,形象地反映了施工过程中的温度应力场随时间变化分布规律,对设计和施工均有一定的参考价值。
Mass concrete placement block temperature and stress field is a multi-factors influence the physical market, it has a relationship with the concrete elastic modulus, creep, cement hydration heat, ambient temperature and pouring temperature. Large-scale finite element software ANSYS based on the direct coupling method using the block casting temperature and stress field simulation analysis reflects the image of the construction process in the temperature and stress field distribution over time. It' s a certain reference value for design and construction.
