中西医结合治疗女性尖锐湿疣128例疗效观察

Effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine on 128 female cases with Condyloma acuminatum

目的观察中西医结合治疗女性尖锐湿疣的临床疗效。方法 128例患者随机分为3组,A组(42例)给予CO2激光治疗后,予伐昔洛韦口服、a-2b干扰素局部注射治疗,同时皮损处予中药外洗;B组(48例)给予CO2激光治疗后,予a-2b干扰素局部注射治疗,同时皮损处予中药外洗;C组(38例)给予CO2激光治疗后,予伐昔洛韦口服,皮损处予中药外洗,随访6个月,分别观察3组的疗效。结果 A、B、C3组的有效率分别为95.24%、81.25%、60.53%,A组与B、C两组比较统计学处理均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗女性尖锐湿疣临床疗效好,可降低治疗后的复发率。

Aim To observe the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with Western medicine in the treatment of female cases with Condyloma acuminatum. Methods There 128 patients were randomly divided into three groups, after CO2 laser treatment, Group A （n=42） treated with oral valaciclovir,local injection of interferon a-2b and washing the lesions with TCM;Group B （n=48） treated with local injection of interferon a-2b and washing the lesions with TCM;Group C （n=38） treated with oral valaciclovir and washing the lesions with TCM. The efficacy of the three groups was observed followed up for 6 months. Results The effective rate of Group A,B,C were 95.24%,81.25%,60.53%,respectively,showing statistically significant differences among Group A ,B and C （both P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of TCM with Western medicine is effective in treatment of female patients with condyloma acuminatum with low reecurrence.
