阴离子色谱-脉冲安培检测法测定酒中氨基酸 被引量:4

Determination of amino acids in liquor by anion exchange chromatographic separation with pulsed amperometric assay

摘要 目的建立不同种类酒中氨基酸的高效阴离子交换色谱分离-脉冲安培检测法测定。方法样品用去离子水稀释后经滤膜过滤直接进样,采用梯度洗脱、阴离子交换色谱-积分脉冲安培检测法测定了黄酒、清酒、葡萄酒和啤酒中的氨基酸。结果五种黄酒氨基酸平均含量是3155.15mg/L,清酒氨基酸平均含量为2435.53mg/L,葡萄酒氨基酸平均含量为1158.66mg/L,啤酒氨基酸平均含量为773.54mg/L。结论利用阴离子交换色谱分离-脉冲安培检测法测定不同种类酒中的氨基酸,样品前处理简单,方法适用性宽,测定重复性好,灵敏度高,定性定量准确,结果满意。 Aim To establish a method for determination of amino acids in liquor by anion exchange chromatographic separation with pulsed amperometric assay. Methods The gradient elufion and anion exchange chromatographic separation with pulsed amperometric asay was applied for detecting amino acids in shaoxing wine,saka,wioe and beer after samples diluted and filtered. Results The content of amino acids in Shaoxing wine and beer were the highest and the lowest ,with the average contents of amino acid were 3155.15 mg/L and 773.54 mg/L in five kinds of liquors,while they were 2435.53mg/L and 1158.66 mg/L in saka and wine. Conclusion The content of amino acids in liquor varies according to the different raw material and method of brewing.It was showed that the method was satisfactory,accurate and sensitive with reproducibility.
