眼斑拟石首鱼胚胎及仔鱼、稚鱼发育的初步观察

A Preliminary Observation on the Development of Embryonic, Larval and Juvenile Red Drum( Sciaenops ocellatus )

本文初步观察描述了眼斑拟石首鱼胚胎发育及仔鱼、稚鱼的形态特征。眼斑拟石首鱼的卵径平均为０．９５ｍｍ，大多数含１个油球，约＜１０×１０－２含２个油球，１ｃｍ３卵含量约１０００粒。受精卵在２３～２４．３℃约２６ｈ孵化出仔鱼。在２５℃条件下，前半个月仔鱼日增长约０．２ｍｍ，稚鱼期日增长约１．０ｍｍ，幼鱼期日增长约１．５ｍｍ。仔鱼鳍的发育顺序为尾鳍、臀鳍、背鳍和腹鳍，最后为胸鳍。

This paper describs the embryonic development and morphological characteristics of red drum ( Sciaenops ocellatus ) through preliminary observation. The red drum egg has an average diameter of 0.95mm. Most of the egg have one oil globule, while only <10×10 -2 have two. Each 1000 egg occupiea volume of 1 ml. The fertilized egg is hatched to larval fish at a temperature of 23～24.3℃ about 26h.The daily growth rate of larval fish at a temperture of 25℃ is about 0.2 mm during the first half month. The daily growth rate of the juvenile fish is about 1.0 mm, and that of the young fish about 1.5 mm. The sequence in the fin development of larval fish is: caudal fin ,anal fin, dorsal fin and pelvic fin, and lastly pectoral fin.
