摘要
采用连续观察方法,研究不同条件下第三体的形成机理,第三体对摩擦磨损的演变和积累过程作用机理。结果表明:在滑动摩擦过程中,第三体颗粒形成、堆积,第三体压实区形核、长大、压实。在这个过程中,能量和材料被消耗。第三体的性能对摩擦偶的摩擦系数及耐磨性有决定性的影响。
The formation of third body under different friction condition,the evolution and accumulation of the friction process are investigated by the continuous observe method.The result shows that:in the process of sliding friction,the particles of third body form and accumulate;the compaction area of third body forms,grows up and compacted.The energy and material are consumed during the course.The properties of the third body have decisive impact on the friction coefficient and wear resistance of the friction material.
