亚氨基二乙腈结晶过程的实验研究

摘要 考察了亚氨基二乙腈晶体的晶习,测定了亚氨基二乙腈在水溶液中的溶解度和介稳区数据,同时考察了降温速率对介稳区宽度的影响.结果表明,亚氨基二乙腈在水中的溶解度随温度的升高而增加,且高温时增长幅度大;降温越快,结晶过程的介稳区越宽即系统的过饱和度越大. The crystal habit of iminodiacetonitrile was determined in detail.The metastable zone and solubility of iminodiacetonitrile in water was measured and the effects of cooling rate were investigated experimentally.In addition,the solubility of iminodiacetonitrile was studied in water,and rule of cooling crystallization was finally obtained.The solubility in water increases with increasing temperature and the growth rate at high temperatures increases.The metastable zone that is supersaturation of iminodiacetonitrile in crystallization process becomes wider while the cooling rate of crystallization process becomes larger.
