摘要
针对某型舰炮随动系统状态异常的现象,设计并实现了一种基于故障树的故障诊断专家系统.首先给出了舰炮故障诊断专家系统的组成,主要介绍知识库、推理机、人机接口模块的设计方法.根据该型舰炮故障的特点构造故障树,完成知识库的建造与更新.推理机采用正向推理和反向推理相结合的推理策略.实践表明,该故障诊断专家系统人机交互界面美观,用户操作方便,故障诊断结果基本可靠,知识库易于扩展.
The paper designs and implements a fault diagnosis expert system based on a fault tree,in order to realize fast location and detection of a type of gun servo system state abnormal.Firstly,giving the composition of fault diagnosis expert system of gun servo system,furthermore introducing the designed methodology of knowledge base,reasoning machine and man-machine interface of the expert system.According to the characteristics of a type of gun fault,we constructed a fault tree to complete the construction and update the knowledge base.The reasoning machine adopts the combined reasoning strategy of forward reasoning and backward reasoning.Practice results show that this system has elegant man-machine interface,and what's more,it is used simply and conveniently,with the outcome of fault diagnosis being reliable and knowledge base's expansion being convenient.
