体外电场热疗对Ⅲ型前列腺炎疗效观察

Efficacy of in vitro electric field hyperthermia in treatment of type Ⅲ prostatitis

目的探讨体外电场热疗对Ⅲ型前列腺炎的疗效。方法选临床诊断Ⅲ型前列腺炎患者100例随机分为两组:试验组为体外电场热疗联合药物治疗;对照组为单用药物治疗。观察治疗前后临床改变并对疗效对比分析。结果试验组总有效率86.0%,对照组总有效率68.0%,两组对比总有效率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论体外电场热疗治疗Ⅲ型前列腺炎,有助于改善症状,提高疗效,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective To study the efficacy of in vitro electric field hyperthermia in treatment of patients with type III prostatitis.Methods One hundred patients with clinical diagnosis of type III prostatitis were randomly allocated into 2 groups：trial group and control group.Patients in trial group were treated with in vitro electric field hyperthermia combined with drug treatment and patients in control group were treated with drugs alone.Clinical changes before and after treatment,efficacy and comparative analysis were carried out.Results The rates of effectiveness in patients of trial group and control group were 86% and 68% respectively.There was significant difference （P0.05） between these two groups.Conclusion In vitro electric field hyperthermia treatment of prostatitis may be helpful in remission of symptoms and raising efficacy,and it is worthy to be applied and recommended.
