摘要
目的:探讨脐带绕颈不同分娩方式对胎儿与新生儿的影响。方法:选择800例初产妇无妊娠并发症,分别采取剖宫产和阴道试产。结果:观察组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息与对照组相比,具有显著性差异(P<0.05),而产后出血无显著性差异。结论:脐带绕颈2周和2周以上可适当放宽剖宫产指征。
Objective：To explore the influence on different delivery ways of cord around neck between fetus and new baby,Methods： 800 cases of primipara patients were carried out abdominal delivery and vaginal commissioning respectively, Results：Compared with control group,fetal distress and apnea the newborn in experimental group showed significant differences（P〈0.05）,but there is no significant difference in postpartum haemorrhage.Conelusion：Cord around neck passed two or more weeks can reduce the abdominal delivery indication properly.
