TP方案联合唑来膦酸治疗肺腺癌骨转移的疗效分析

摘要 目的:观察TP化疗方案联合唑来膦酸治疗肺腺癌骨转移的疗效。方法:把52例骨转移的肺腺癌患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组22例。治疗组接受唑来膦酸联合TP方案化疗,对照组为单纯TP方案化疗。结果:治疗组疼痛缓解率80.0%,对照组45.4%(x^2=6.69,P<0.05);骨病灶控制总有效率,治疗组为53.3%,对照组为22.7%(x^2=4.93,P<0.05)。两组均无明显的不良反应。结论:唑来膦酸联合TP方案化疗对肺腺癌骨转移有较好的治疗作用。 Objective:To observed efficacy of TP program combined with zoledronic acid treatment in pulmonary adenocarcinoma bony metastasis therapy.Methods:Divided 52 patients with pulmonary adenocarcinoma bony metastasis into two groups,Treatment group 30 cases,Control group 22 eases.The treatment group received zoledronic acid combined with TP Program.Control group,TP program alone. Results:Treatment group, 80.0% rate of pain relief, Control group,45.4% (X^2=6.69,P〈0.05);the total control effective rate of bone lesions,Treatment group,53.3%,control group,22.7%(X^2=4.93,P〈0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:TP program combined with zoledronic acid treatment in pulmonary adenocarcinoma with bony metastasis have better therapeutic effect.
