早期纤支镜介入对纤维素性支气管炎的诊断及治疗的意义

Early Interventional Fiberbronchoscope in The Value of Diagnosis and Treatment of Fibrinopuralent Bronchitis

目的:了解早期纤支镜介入对纤维素性支气管炎的诊断及治疗的义意。方法:对在我院内科ICU行纤支镜检查确诊纤维素性支气管炎并向管腔内注射肾上腺素稀释液治疗的10例病人进行分析。以了解早期纤支镜介入对纤维素性支气管炎的诊断及治疗的义意。结果:对于一些不明因的咯血病人及一些术后胸片报告肺不张的病人,早期纤支镜介入对纤维素性支气管炎的诊断及治疗均能起到重要作用。结论:因纤维素性支气管炎的临床表现多种多样,早期纤支镜介入对纤维素性支气管炎的诊断及治疗可起到重要作用。

Objective：To observe Early Interventional fiberbronchoscope in The value of diagnosis and treatment of fibrinopuralent bronchitis.Methods：Interventional fiber-bronscope by methods of fibrinopuralent bronchitis with local injection of adrenaline solution and thrombin were performed on 10cases.To observe Early Interventional fiberbronchoscope in The value of diagnosis and treatment of fibrinopuralent bronchitis.Results：The important role of Early bronchoscopy to explore the diagnosis and treatment in searching the causes of hemoptysic patients and atelectasis following thoracotomy.Conclusion：Early bronchoscopy is the important role in the diagnosis and treatment of diagnosis and treatment of fibrinopuralent bronchitis.
