摘要
目的:评价支气管动脉栓塞术在治疗大咯血患者中的作用。方法:回顾114例大咯血患者在数字减影血管造影术(DSA)下进行支气管动脉栓塞术的临床资料,总结疗效。结果:术后1年随访114例患者中有仅8例咯血复发。结论:应用DSA下支气管动脉栓塞术治疗大咯血安全有效。
Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of DSA（digital Subtraction angiograph）bronchial arterial embolization in treatment of massive hemoptysis Metheds Reviewed the data of 114 patients with massive hemoptysis treated by this technique,Results：After one year, only 8 patients＇ hemoptysis was recurrent.Conelusion：DSA bronchial arteral embolization is a safe and efficacious method in massive hemoptysis.
