术后早期炎性肠梗阻21例临床分析

Analysis of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Intestinal Obstruction in 21 Cases

目的:探讨术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗及预防措施。方法:回顾性分析21例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床资料。结果:21例患者均经胃肠减压、应用糖皮质激素和生长抑素及营养支持治疗,均保守治疗痊愈,平均治愈时间为10.3d。结论:术后早期炎性肠梗阻多发生在术后2周内,可有典型肠梗阻临床表现,多数病例采用保守治疗可痊愈。

Objective：To investigate the principles of treatment and prevention of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction. Methods：21 cases of early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction were retrospective analyzed,Results：All of the 21 patients received conservative treatment （gastroenterology decompression,glucoeorticoid and somatostafin, tOtal parenteral nutrtion and other supportive treatment） and cured in the mean period 10.3 days.Conclusion：Early postoperative inflammatory intestinal obstruction mostly occurs in 2 weeks postoperatively.Conservative treatment should be the first choice for the patients.
