摘要
目的:观察曲安奈德治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将患者随机均分成两组,实验组42例采用曲安奈德(20～40)mg辅以维生素B_(12) 0.5mg加入2%利多卡因(5～10)mg中,根据不同发病部位做皮下注射;对照组42例,局部注射2%利多卡因(5～10)mg。两组其它用药相同。结果:实验组疼痛减轻、水疱吸收、皮损结痂时间缩短,总病程缩短、治愈率提高,与对照组有高度显著差异(卡方检验P<0.05)。结论:曲安奈德治疗带状疱疹疗效较好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective：To observe the triamcinolone acetonide for treatment of herpes zoster.Methods：Patients were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group,42 cases with triamcinolone acetonide （20-40）rag supplemented with vitamin B12 0.5 mg by adding 2% lidocaine （5-10）mg in the incidence according to different parts of doing subcutaneous injection; control group,42 cases of Local injection of 2% lidocaine （5-10）mg.Two other similar drugs.Results：The pain and reduced absorption Of blisters,skin lesions crusted time,total duration shortened,the cure rate increased with the control group are highly significant difference（chisquare test P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The efficacy of triamcinolone acetonide treatment of herpes zoster well worthy of clinical application.
